Sugar Free Chocolate Shake

Blend together 2 cups of organic plain full fat (3.5) yogurt, 2 Tablespoons of cocoa (get red or black for best flavour), 1 Tablespoon of pure organic Vanilla Extract, 1 Tablespoon of organic green stevia leaf powder, 2 tablespoons of organic granulated coconut sap.
 Whisk it or blend it or stir it.
There you have it! A delicious chocolate shake ♥

After you've not had sugar for a while, this tastes very sweet

I am slowly taking sugar out of my diet Elaine but my downfall is chocolate or chocolate

Stevia has saved me many times and now I've discovered coconut sap. Neither one will raise you blood sugar but the coconut sap has just as many calories as sugar.
I've even been making chocolate haystack cookies! They are really good and get me over the cravings. I've never written down my recipe for them but next time I make them I will take notes and then post it for you.

Oh yes please!!! they sounds yummy and I love anything to do with coconut.

I am a chocoholic , but like the dark kind

,  I use Stevia for my Cereal  , and eat no other sugar  , jams or honey .

. Still .... dark chocolate has sugar ......    

Never heard of red or black cocoa ??

I love dark chocolate too Geru and always have some in the house. I know so bad but oh so yummy. The one I buy has 70% Cacao in it.

I buy unsweetened chocolate. Some folks call it bakers chocolate, There is zero sugar in it.

Actually I accidentally bought that too and I liked it might have to start using that from now on.

I like to use ingredients that are basic and then do my own sweetening etc. I think I might be a control freak! LOL

I am sensitive to sugar, so I'm always looking for no sugar treats. I haven't had refined sugar in over 30 years. This looks really good.

This is fabulous! OMGosh,  I really wish I hadn't had to take yogurt out of my diet, but milk products and meat were causing me some seriously uncomfortable inflammation. I'm thinking this might be really good with 1/2 coconut milk & 1/2 coconut water though! WoW! Why didn't I think of that earlier? LOL

ElaineH, have you ever tried goat's milk plain Kefir? Or, you can get in flavors if you so desire. I love it and it's good for those that can't tolerate dairy products. You may know that goat's milk is good for us whereas cow's milk not so much.

Thank you so much for you thoughtfulness♥ It constantly amazes me  through a text note to so someone who lives so far away, a generous and honest soul can be felt and loved.
I've decided to try staying away from all animal products at this time. It's a wise move for me, to try veganism again. Only for the reason of reducing unnecessary inflammation & to help my digestion

That makes sense, Elaine, and thanks for your comments. I was told by a Chinese Acupunturist that I never need animal protein. That I can exist on veggies, fruits and lentils, beans, etc. It's truly hard for me to give up meat. I only eat 4 oz. of organic meat per day.
