Brad it's a real nightmare for all board owners who use PB as their main image storage! Not everyone has the time to go and fix all the broken images either so there will be lots of unhappy board owners no doubt.

I still haven't finished with checking/saving all mine but then I do have them backed up on a dvd. It's the replacing of all the image urls that takes forever.

Wendy all governments are greedy and the few that are not stand out big time. Denmark is one of those countries where the government actually looks after it's people.
I put aside a small amount of money each month for my appliances Wendy as I certainly could not afford to just go out and buy new straight away.

Geru the  image will show as big as the original here but if it's too big it will shrink down a little and give us the option to click and see the bigger image.
I tend to put in the size when using a big image and put in for example 250px in the width if it's an image like your flower. That will then condense it to a nice looking size.

Thanks for thinking of us Elaine.

Hi Katie.

That's a lot of trouble to have to do Brad.  I don't envy you.

I think I have post images set to be a max of 400px wide, which shrinks it to that size and as you say, you can then click on it to enlarge it.

So I figured out how to upload images and create folders etc. but how do I get an image on a post? Also because I take photos with my phone, many (not all) upload upside down, is there a way to edit and rotate?

When in a post just look for the "insert image" button, next to the link icon and then put in the image url.

I have this board set up to shrink images slightly if they are too big and it will give you an option to click on that image to see the bigger size. Alternatively you can add the pix size where you put in the image url.

Hmm no idea how you can rotate the images here on servimg. I always do that before I upload those from my computer.

Or you could use something like http://www.online-image-editor.com/

Elaine thanks for that link Smile I checked it out but that particular editor is a bit outdated when it comes to responsive design. Also that editor is really for writing PHP codes to build a website and that is just a little too intense for me lol.

Sandy don't worry about it if you don't post daily. I have no rules on that so just come and go as you please. I sometimes do the same thing and afterwards realise I did read but not post lol.

Ditto for me Sandy. Not much worth writing about and what little there is I don't like to post on your board and then repeat here. Just catching up while my granddaughter has her hair done and then I'll be gone for the day. Found some nice cheap sweatshirts in town that I bought for my trip but are ones I'll wear often at home too so I'm pleased with those. Decent quality for less than a tenner each when you bought two which I wanted to anyway.

So far today I got up very early after having a lousy sleep, then went to the bank and also a bit of shopping. Now, at 1:00 pm, I'm ready for a nap. I hope everyone is having an enjoyable weekend.

Must be catching. I had a terrible night's sleep and now feel like death warmed over. Fortunately there's nothing much I need to do today. Jeans and sweatshirts are drying nicely outside. It was lovely and sunny earlier but cloud has rolled in so I need to keep an eye on that.

The cat is resting her head on my hand nattering for a stroke while I try and type.

I've had a nice weekend and a few visitors Smile All in all a lazy one though as we bought take away Chinese and watched movies and chatted lol.

Catherine has been sending me photo's from her visit to our family and one really nice one with my mum. They have left Holland and are now in Scotland I believe. I could check their travel itinerary but am too lazy to open it up hahaha.

After my friend left I prompt fell asleep so now I'm awake at 1.30am ... and should be in bed as my alarm goes of in 6hrs.

My girls persuaded me to download Snapchat earlier today.  I'm not going to use it but to keep them quiet I did as I was told.

I haven't even worked out how to use my android phone yet, let alone figure out how to use snapchat.

I'm just going to have a cheese salad for dinner tonight as Sarah is cooking something too fancy for me.  For a start it's got advacados in it, and those I really can't bear.

Jess is home for dinner for a change and Aimee's ex-fiance is about to arrive to stay for a few days, weeks, or whatever.  There is a bit of drama going on in his life at the moment so he needs a place to stay.

Oh wow so is that the soldier boyfriend you mean with Aimee?

I've got snapchat on my iphone and Catherine is the one that sends me funny, hilarious and cheeky snaps all the time hahahaha.

I'm still awake would you believe so no point now to even go to bed! I might try and snooze in my recliner for a few hours.

Yup, that's the chap.  I was always very fond of him.  He always felt like a Grandson to me.  He hasn't changed much.  2 minutes in the house and it was as if he had always been here.

We've had a great evening.  Shame it never worked out with he and Aimee.  I like the chap she is with now but I don't have the closeness with him that I had/have with Nick.

My family keep trying to get me to download Snapchat but I've resisted it in the same way I resisted Facebook and Twitter. I don't use my phone online anyway. I've used it a couple of times very briefly when my internet has been down but that's all.

It's nice that Nick can still come and stay when he needs a haven Sandy. So often break ups don't allow that continuing friendship. Maybe you can adopt him as your grandson. lol

We BCers love our wildernesses and it's all going up in flames, omg. The firefighters are amazing, but still.........

Oh no ... I haven't watched the news on tv or online for that matter so didn't realise you guys have all those fires!! It's so sad when this happens Sad Be safe Elaine!

Geru you will find that a lot of people will start to drop groups as they can't be bothered trying to figure out how to use them when having to go over to TT. Sadly this will continue for a while I think.

Joy I hope your dental nightmare is coming to an end.

Wendy I love snapchat and get a good laugh at all the snaps Catherine sends me Smile

I need to do paperwork and am dreading it as it's government stuff and they are never satisfied lol.

Ugh! Good luck with that.

Those fires are awful to watch. It's always heartbreaking wherever they happen and I so admire the emergency services. It must be emotionally draining not to mention physically exhausting.

Nothing happening here. Pouring with rain. I wish I could send it to BC.

Got home from the salon (cut and color) and now just in the mood to get some coding done. Reading a book and probably going with my husband tonight out on the town.

Good day all!
