Profile & Contact Fields (Adding Extra)

Contact Field

On this board I have added extra contact fields which you can see at the bottom of each post for members to add a link to their own boards and blog.

To do this go to.......

Users & Groups - Users - Profile - Contact Tab - Click to create a new field.

Don't forget to tick the radio button for it to show in messages if you wish it to be at the bottom of the posts as well as the members profile.

Scroll to the bottom and in the dropdown menu select....

Type: Web Address

Click to create a new field
In the top dropdown menu choose which type you want.
Fill the rest of the form in and save.

In this section to tick messages means it will show in the mini profile on the side of posts.

Note:  To hide or remove any that are automatically set when the board is created.  Simply click to modify and untick the radio buttons for Profile and Message.
