Improve or change the Reputation system

I had a hard time with trying to figure this one out but here is a link that explain how to go about it.

I have a code for one on mine but i don't use it

I must say that on here I find this very confusing because it's the same as a like or dislike.

I changed the icons to the thumbs up and down as I feel that is more constructive overall.

Martha.  If you go into your javascript for this coding, at the top you will see plus and minus have a "true" next to them.  If you change the minus to false it will hide the minus thumbs down if you want to do that.
