This would have been one of the more profound books I've read and yes applied the techniques myself. I've bought a few books and even given

I've heard of this book.  I think at some point in the past you must have shared it before.

I keep meaning to read it.  I must get around to it one day.

Yes I have shared this before Sandy and this book had such an impact on me that I even found a copy in Dutch and bought that too.

Some years ago now I bought quiet a few and turned them into gifts for Christmas.
